Loïc Or text message program

L’Or de Loïc Ltd., operating as Loïc Or, offers a marketing text message program for subscribers in Canada. These terms apply to that program.

Your choice to subscribe

By expressly opting in to SMS marketing, you agree to receive recurring advertising, marketing and promotional text messages from Loïc Or at the mobile number you provide, including skincare tips, product news and offers. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

SMS consent is optional, is collected separately from email or social media consent, and is not a condition of purchase. Providing a phone number, placing an order or subscribing to email alone does not subscribe you to marketing texts. You may opt in through the separate, unchecked SMS consent box on our QR purchase-registration page or at checkout. Provide only a mobile number that you own or are authorized to use.

Message frequency and costs

You may receive up to 4 marketing messages per month. Service messages needed to manage your subscription, such as opt-in confirmations, help responses and an opt-out confirmation, may also be sent.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s plan determines any charges to you. Loïc Or does not charge a subscription fee for this program.

How to unsubscribe

Reply STOP to a Loïc Or marketing text to cancel. You can also use the unsubscribe link in a message, where provided, or email orders@loicor.com with the mobile number you want removed. You do not need to create an account or make a purchase to unsubscribe.

We honour withdrawal of SMS consent across the services we use for the Loïc Or text message program. We process requests without delay and no later than 10 business days after receipt. You may receive one non-promotional confirmation of your request. We will not resume marketing texts unless you opt in again.

Help and your mobile number

Reply HELP for help information, or email orders@loicor.com. For questions that need a personal response, please use email. If you change or give up your mobile number, unsubscribe from the old number and contact us so we can update our records.

Privacy

We use your mobile number and SMS consent records to operate this program and respect your choices, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your SMS consent or share it with other businesses for their own marketing. Service providers may process this information on our behalf to provide the program.
